What is the status of my order?

You can track your order easily by clicking on the Track button on this chat widget using your Order No. and email

Can I cancel my order?

The products are customized for every order so once the order is placed, we cannot offer any returns, cancellations, modifications or exchanges

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to change the order for any mistakes in personalization details, please do so by contacting us on 9967285448 within 2 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after the 2 hours, we will not be able to amend your order as your order may have gone for printing

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our orders are printed and shipped in 2 days. From date of shipment delivery time is usually between 2-3 days depending on location.

We offer express shipping at an additional charge of Rs 50. This option can be selected at the time of checkout

How long does it take to deliver my order?

The order processing time is 1-2 days for most products. Deloivery time can be between 2-5 days depending on location. So it will take 3-7 days to deliver the order. You can reduce shipping time by a couple of days by opting for express shipping for an additional charge of Rs. 50

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds due to the customized and personalized nature of our products. However, if there is a printing error from our end, we will reprint and resend the same product at no extra cost. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or errors from the customer's end.
