India Shipping Policy

You will receive an email and/or Whatsapp message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will receive regular tracking updates on Whatsapp

In the case of orders with more than 1 product, we may ship products in multiple shipments
- We offer free shipping for orders of Rs 1,000 and above.
- We accept all major payment methods - credit card, debit card, UPI, Wallets and Netbanking. All your payment information is completely secured by SSL encryption and is managed by a leading payment provider Easebuzz
- We also offer a cash-on-delivery service via our courier partners for a nominal charge of Rs 100. For certain orders we may charge a 20% upfront payment which is non refundable and balance can be paid on delivery.
- We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect details provided at the time of placing the order. For orders returned due to incorrect address, phone number or customer unavailability, a reshipping charge of Rs 200 will apply.
- Our usual order processing time is 2-7 working days depending on product. There are chances of delay in situations like festivals, school reopening rush or for large orders.
- Shipping time is typically 3-7 days for Standard shipping depending on location. We are not responsible for delays from courier partners. We take best efforts to work with courier partners to expedite orders
- Our total delivery time (processing + shipping) is 5-10 days for Standard orders depending on location. During school opening rush, festivals and holiday season the delivery time may take 7-14 days depending on location
- We deliver via leading and reliable courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery all over India
- If your location falls under an area which is not covered by our courier service, the orders will be delivered through the speed post service via India Post which may take upto 7-8 days
- We work Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6:30PM
International Shipping Policy
- We ship all across the world for additional shipping charges
- Shipping fee depends on the destination, weight of the items and number(quantity).
- Standard international delivery time varies between 10-14 working days after shipping, depending on the destination country and logistics partner.
- Customers may contact us on Whatsapp at 9967285448 to know shipping charges and timelines for delivery outside India

International shipping timelines typically range from 8-15 days. If you need orders sooner we can use Express shipping option like FedEx/DHL

International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable. These charges must be borne by the customer
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
