Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • The products are customized for every order so once the order is placed, we cannot offer any returns, cancellations, modifications or exchanges.  If you wish to change the order for any mistakes, please do so by contacting us within 2 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after the 2 hours, we will not be able to amend your order. Please note we do not provide any cancellations. 
  • We understand that the personalized labels need to show the correct information hence we take extra care while processing the order. In case of a spelling error or mistake made by you when placing the order, we cannot we held responsible for the same and no refunds or modifications can be provided.  If you have made a mistake, kindly contact us immediately to amend it and we shall do our best to accommodate your request
  • If there is any mistake from our end, we will print new labels and ship at no extra cost or provide you with a full refund, whatever you choose!
  • Refund shall be given to the same mode of payment used while placing the order.  Refunds shall be processed within 2-3 working days
  • We are very confident about the quality of our labels. However, in case of labels being peeled off or incorrectly applied by the user, we cannot be held responsible.
  • In case of the package being damaged during transit, you can always return the labels in the existing package and we would reprocess your order
  • Chatteboxlabels.com reserves the right to amend returns and cancellation policy from time to time
  • Chatterboxlabels.com reserves the right to final decision in all matters.
