Returns & Cancellation Policy

The products are customized for every order so once the order is placed, we cannot offer any returns, cancellations, modifications or exchanges.

We may collect a partial payment for COD orders. The partial payment is non refundable even if order is cancelled

We understand that the personalized products need to show the correct information hence we take extra care while processing the order. In case of a spelling error or mistake made by you when placing the order, we cannot we held responsible for the same and no refunds or modifications can be provided. If you have made a mistake, kindly contact us immediately to amend it and we shall do our best to accommodate your request

If there is any mistake from our end, we will make the product again and ship at no extra cost or if you prefer, we can give you refund in the form of store credit

Refund shall be given in the form of store credit. Refunds shall be processed within 2-3 working days

We are very confident about the quality of our products. However, in case of labels being peeled off or incorrectly applied by the user, we cannot be held responsible.

In case of the package being damaged during transit, you can always return the products in the existing package and we would reprocess your order
